M1196 AMPHIBOLE Amity, Orange County, NY, USA Green amphibole crystal of textbook form in marble with rotted sulfide. It is not known for sure which amphibole this is. We always called this material 'pargasite'. It fluoresces a moder-
ately intense greenish blue under short-wave UV light. Specimen size - approx. 5.5 cm. X 5.0 cm. X 2.2 cm.
M0338 GRAPHITE Hamburg, Sussex County, NJ, USA Graphite rosette in scapolite and diopside.

M1005 APATITE Hamburg, Sussex County, NJ, USA Green hexagonal apatite prism in marble. This apatite fluoresces blue under short-wave UV light.

M1819 SCAPOLITE Hamburg, Sussex County, NJ, USA Pale grey scapolite crystals in marble with titanite. It is not known which member of the scapolite group this is.

M1824 TITANITE Hamburg, Sussex County, NJ, USA Brown titanite crystal in marble. The titanite was associated with scapolite, diopside, and phlogopite near a gneiss/marble contact.
